All payments made on InterviewAxis are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:
Once a payment is processed, it is final and binding. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.
Users may cancel services at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund of any kind. All cancellations will stop future billing (if applicable), but will not result in any return of previously paid amounts.
In rare cases where InterviewAxis is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to technical errors or operational failures on our part, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a rescheduling of service or a credit for future use. This does not constitute an entitlement to a refund.
If you believe a payment has been made in error or you are facing issues with your account, please contact us at info@interviewaxis.com within 3 days of the transaction. While we will do our best to assist you, we reiterate that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
