1. No Refund Policy

All payments made on InterviewAxis are *non-refundable* under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

● Full or partial payments

● Subscription fees

● One-time service fees

● Promotional or discounted purchases

● Incorrect service selection or user errors

Once a payment is processed, it is final and binding. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel services at any time; however, *cancellation does not entitle the user to a refund* of any kind. All cancellations will stop future billing (if applicable), but will not result in any return of previously paid amounts.

3. Service Availability

In rare cases where InterviewAxis is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to technical errors or operational failures on our part, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a rescheduling of service or a credit for future use. *This does not constitute an entitlement to a refund.*

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a payment has been made in error or you are facing issues with your account, please contact us at info@interviewaxis.com within 3 days of the transaction. While we will do our best to assist you, *we reiterate that refunds will not be issued* under any circumstances.
