● InterviewAxis has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all Content provided by users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterviewAxis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country where InterviewAxis operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration body in accordance with its rules. The place of arbitration shall be in the state or country of InterviewAxis's choosing, and the language of the arbitration shall be English.
12. Miscellaneous
● These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and InterviewAxis regarding the use of the Service.
● Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
● If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
